    The fantastic tea towels featuring self-portraits of all the children are selling like hot cakes and there are only 25 left!! Thank you so much to everyone who has purchased them.
     
    If you would still like to order one (or more - they make excellent Christmas presents for grandparents ;-)) please don't delay.
     
    Either complete the attached flyer, contact Suzi McCully direct, or put an envelope into the correspondence box in the office clearly marked PTA, stating name, quantity required and payment inside.

  • Winter Fair

    It's nearly time for this seasonal event organised by our fabulous PTA! This is always a wonderful fair with gifts, stalls, carols, crafts, Christmas food and drink. What better way to get into the Christmas mood? Please share this post with family and friends who would like to come along and support us, and help to raise money for the benefit of all the children in the school. Thank you!
  • Year 6 Safety Course - Winners!

    Good news!!!

     

    You may remember that our Year 6's attended a Safety in Action course in October. I'm pleased to say that they came first in the event, and today we received a certificate confirming this, along with a cheque for £75!

     

    Well done to everyone involved. :-)

     

    We have entered the last two years, and have won both years. No pressure Year 5's ;-)

    Badgers - Logan for being such an enthusiastic learner. Logan cheers when it's time for Phonic and Maths!
     
    Hedgehogs - Molly for trying really hard in all areas.
     
    Owls - Bethany for her personal organisation skills - she is always prepared and ready to learn.
     
    Otters - Sienna for recognising faults in her work, and incorporating corrections/improvements.
     
    The Class of the Week were the Owls with 48 Well Done Vouchers.
     
    The Chef of the Week was Gemma for showing increased confidence in using a knife.

    Badgers - Albie for working so hard joining in and concentrating.
     
    Hedgehogs - Athi for improved effort with his work - slowing down, taking his time and checking his work independently.
     
    Owls - Rocco for lovely literacy work on myths.
     
    Otters - Rebecca for excellent self-assessment in Mathematics.
     
    The Class of the Week were the Badgers with 33 Well Done vouchers.
     
    The Chef of the Week was Kitty for being a sensible, kind and mature member of the club.

  • Remembrance Day

    Join us at 10:35am on Wednesday 11th November to honour the fallen.

     

    The service in the school hall will include a performance by the school choir and a live link up to watch the official commemoration in London.

    Badgers - Eva S for excellent motivation and manners. Eva went home on Monday and used Bug Club.
     
    Hedgehogs - Noah H for excellent effort all week.
     
    Owls - Thomas P for an excellent piece of polygon homework including a super shape search.
     
    Otters - Eve C-M for a magnificent improvement in her handwriting.
     
    The Class of the Week were the Owls with 56 Well Done Vouchers!
     
    The Chef of the Week was Cailan W for being a very sensible member of the club and brilliant listening.

    Badgers - Jess R for amazing concentration during the rugby day and for fantastic work in her journal.

     

    Hedgehogs - Elliott D for presenting really well on our school World Cup rugby day.

     

    Owls - Robert T for his superb presentation of his Australian animal information to all our visitors.

     

    Otters - Kate B for excellent, comprehensive instructions in Literacy.
