• ** Stars of the Week **

  The "Stars of the Week" for this week are:-

   

  Badgers - Monty for impressing this week with his writing and making a repeating pattern.

   

  Hedgehogs - Darcey for making an extra effort with her work and for setting a good example of how to behave.

   

  Owls - Cailan for a fabulous version of The Christmas Story.

   

  Otters - Will P for excellent maths extension work on measures.

   

  The Class of the week were the Owls with 20 Well Done Vouchers who will now have Frankie Fox in their classroom for a week.

   

  The Chef of the Week is Bethany for always being kind and sensible.

• Christmas Fair

  Congratulations to everyone from the PTA involved in putting on today's Christmas Fair!

   

  It takes a lot of work to prepare for, set up, run and clear away such an event. It was a wonderful occasion, and lovely to see so many people there, including some returning pupils.

   

  Thank you to everyone who contributed to these fabulous hampers, and the class reps for making them look so professional. Well done to anyone who won one!

   

  We look forward to hearing how much was raised.

  The "Stars of the Week" for this week are:-

   

  Badgers - Teddy for a great letter to Santa and very sensible behaviour at playtimes.

   

  Hedgehogs - Ellen for completing an amazing piece of literacy work. An exciting Christmas story.

   

  Owls - Finn for making a fantastic effort with his writing.

   

  Otters - Herbie for fantastic improvement in the quality of his handwriting.

   

  There is an extra "Star of the Week" award this week from Mrs Skilton:-

   

  To all the staff - who are stars for ensuring our drive for even better writing continues to see success!

   

  The Class of the week were the Hedgehogs who will now have Frankie Fox in their classroom for a week.

  Hedgehogs - Noah for fantastic maths and super addition.

   

  Owls - Yola for excellent organisation of note taking and helping her partner.

   

  Otters - Patrick for great scientific observation skills.

  Badgers - Freya for being an enthusiastic learner all week and challenging herself.

   

  Hedgehogs - Luca- amazing writing meeting challenges and checking through his work.

   

  Owls - Gemma and Eva - for an excellent friendship recipe.

   

  Otters - Rhiannon - for superb analysis of materials and their properties.

   

  Not all the Stars were aware they had won the award, hence the delay in posting.
