    Stars of the Week for last week were:-

     

    Badgers - Oscar M for fantastic listening to instructions and for working hard in maths & literacy.

     

    Hedgehogs - Teddy B for excellent effort with homework and working hard in class.

     

    Owls - Tom L for his mature and sensible approach to all areas of his school work.  What an example he is setting!

     

    Otters - Maisie for a superb homework on electrical circuits.

     

    The Class of the Week were the Badgers with 40 Well Done Vouchers.

     

    The Chef of the Week from "Let's Get Cooking Club" was Jessica for being so helpful to Mrs Cullen.

     

    Congratulations to you all!

    Stars of the Week for last week were:-

     

    Hedgehogs -  Maggie S for a super piece of writing in Literacy.

     

    Owls - Tiernan D for a very enthusiastic approach towards "The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe" speaking and listening work.

     

    Otters - Will P for stepping up to Year 6 and providing an excellent role model in lessons.

     

    The Badgers Class will join us next week.

     

    The Class of the Week were the Otters with a massive 59 Well Done Vouchers!!

     

    The Chef of the Week from "Let's Get Cooking Club" was Imogen for being sensible, calm and a super listener.  Imogen also has fantastic cooking skills.

    Stars of the Week!

     

    We held our first Celebration Assembly of the term yesterday, and the Stars of the Week for the first week of term were:-

     

    Hedgehogs - Matthew M for making an excellent start to Year 1.

     

    Owls - Maeve K for making a great start to the year and an enthusiastic beginning to our Egyptian work.

     

    Otters - Stephanie T for an extremely positive attitude to all lessons in our first week back at school.

     

    The Badgers Class didn't come to assembly as it was their first full day in school, but they will join us in two weeks time.

     

    We also celebrated those children who had earned certificates and medals for completing the summer reading challenge - see first photo.  Well done!

     

    Mrs Skilton introduced everyone to the new House Captains:-

    Butterflies - Patrick Mc
    Grasshoppers - Sam T
    Dragonflies - Kitty W
    Ladybirds - Will P

     

    Finally we met the new members of the School Council who will be working with Mr Gannon and representing their classes - see second photo.
