  This week's "Stars of the Week" are:
  
  Otters - Matthew for superb homework
  
  Owls - Jack S for excellent work in English.
  
  Hedgehogs - Phoebe for her Aboriginal art work.
  
  Badgers - Megan for always being on task during numeracy and literacy lessons.
  
  The Class of the Week were the Badgers, with 30 Well Done vouchers, who get to have Frankie Fox in their classroom this week.

  Today was a non-uniform day for the Jeans for Genes charity. Thank you to everyone who wore their jeans today and donated £1 to a great cause. This was the first venture for the new School Council who were introduced to the school in the photograph below.
  
  The "Star of the Week" awards went to:
  
  Otters - Sam for knuckling down to work without distractions.
  
  Owls - Bethanie for getting 100% in her times table work.
  
  Hedgehogs - Eden for working hard in maths with a very good knowledge of money.
  
  Badgers - Matthew for fabulous writing in literacy and being an amazing listener.
  
  The Class of the Week were the Owls with 24 Well Done Vouchers, and they get to have Frankie Fox in their classroom this week.

  Our first Celebration Assembly of the year saw the awards for "Star of the Week" to:
  
  Otters - Beau for fantastic poetry (video to be uploaded to the Otters class page soon!)
  
  Owls - Gemma for getting nearly 100% on her maths work this week by taking the time to read the questions and check her answers.
  
  Hedgehogs - Harri for amazing independent writing on a story of his own.
  
  The Class of the Week were the Hedgehogs, who get to have Frankie Fox in their classroom this week.
