Headteacher's Welcome

Headteacher's Welcome

As the Headteacher of Stowting Church of England Primary School, I am delighted to welcome you to our school website. We are proud of our village school, set in an area of outstanding beauty, located between Ashford, Folkestone and Canterbury. A visit to our school will confirm that from the moment you enter the school, it is immediately apparent what a friendly place it is and how happy and successful our children are. We ensure that our school is a place where children can feel safe and experience pride in their personal and academic achievements.

Our curriculum is rich and engaging and offers children opportunity to fully develop their potential to learn new knowledge and skills. Our talented and dedicated members of staff provide a learning environment that seeks to engage and challenge our children, not only to achieve their potential, but to develop a thirst for learning which allows them to flourish and become inspired to be the best they can possibly be. Our intent is to help our children grow into adaptable, confident young people who are resilient independent learners with enquiring minds and a ‘can do’ attitude, coupled with humility and kindness as promoted through our Christian Values of Peace, Trust, Friendship, Forgiveness and Thankfulness.

Should you wish to learn more about the school, I would be delighted to welcome you in person so that you can judge for yourself what a special place Stowting Church of England Primary School really is.

With very best wishes

Mrs Sarah Uden
