8.7.18 Homework:  We need to research some interesting facts about the country or team that we drew out of the World Cup sweepstake. One side of our pennant is for information / pictures and the other side is to become their flag.

What a fabulous day at Hever Castle, the home of the Tudors!

18.5.18 Homework: Collective Nouns. Remember to write neatly as the lines are quite small and try to be inventive when creating your own original ones!

Enjoy the Royal Wedding.

Our bunting is up and looks superb!

11.5.18 Homework:   You have a net of a 3D Solid to decorate and construct. Remember to fill out the checklist of properties too.

A little clue for the Year 3s!

Fantastic result for our gymnasts... First, third and fourth!
Happy Star Wars day and enjoy the long weekend (no homework this week!).
For those parents who asked for the Year 3&4 spelling list this week...

We have started to look at the Tudors!

Our Homework this week (20.4.18) is to find an event that happened between 1700 and 1800 to fit into our "Looking Back Timelines". We need to find the date of the event and come up with a suitable illustration.

We have been learning what makes a creature a VERTEBRATE.

Which of these can you solve?...

Easter Homework: To research one country from the Commonwealth.

You could find out about:

Capital city/cities

Famous buildings

Famous people (living or dead)

The Owls made us all proud with an incredible Easter Production!

Didn't we have a lovely day spent at Westenhanger Castle?

Our Handball Team did fantastically well, winning medals at the Shepway Tournament.

For any of you that have finished building a snowman or are too cold after all the sledging, here is a little of what we would have continued with in Maths this week. Sorry it is a little blurry, but  I don't have a scanner in my igloo!

Year 3:

Song number 1.

Last song

Where is the love?

DJ Hygate worked late into the night and has finished the remix!

And here are the lyrics:

People killin' ,people dyin'
Children hurt, and you hear them cryin'
Can you practice what you preach?
Would you turn the other cheek?
Father, Father, Father help us
Send some guidance from above
'Cause people got me, got me questioning
Where is the love…?
