19.5.17 Our Homework this week is to find a clear plastic bottle that can be used for a challenge over half-term. Also to put in a little time on our timestables to see if Wednesday's score can be our highest since Christmas!

Our Footballers put up a superb team effort despite the monsoon downpour during the Stelling Minnis football tournament!

We had a fantastic class outing to Canterbury on Tuesday!

12.5.17 Homework: We have a revision quiz on 2D shapes and 3D solids. We also have to try and create a whole alphabet of Adverbs!

We were lucky enough to see a First Edition copy of one of Enid Blyton's books this week!

5.5.17 Homework: We have a quiz and a little research to carry out on Enid Blyton and the Famous Five series.

As part of our work on Enid Blyton, Mrs. Fraser brought in a selection of her Noddy collection for us to see.

28.4.17 Homework:  We have a net for a 3D shape to construct from card.

We also have to see if we can remember what faces, edges and vertices are!

On Wednesday 26th April, a team of Owls entered a Tri-Golf tournament at Etchinghill Golf Club!

21.4.17 Homework: We have to locate the angles on some shapes and identify whether they are Acute, Obtuse, Reflex or Right Angles. We also need to find a poem about an animal so that we can type it up for a class book next week. (Remember than T.S.Eliot is forbidden!)

Our class reading book this Summer is the very first "Famous Five" story!

On Monday 27th April, our Ladies' Football team played a match against St.Augustines. We played superbly and won 5-1! Gemma, in Year 6, scored a hat trick and both Maggie and Jessica scored a cracking goal each!

We all enjoyed celebrating WORLD BOOK DAY and planned a story for our characters with a new friend!
