In Literacy we have been looking at the nonsense poem On the Ning Nang Nong written by Spike Milligan. Our task has been to work in groups to rewrite our own version on them poem.
Group 1: Henry, Jacob, Teddy and Megan.
Group 2: Oscar, Harrison, Quinn and Evie.
Group 3: Matthew, Noah, Elliot and Freya.
Group 4: Zak, Thomas, Monty and Camilla.
Could you make sure that you have your PE kits, we will be doing PE three days next week!

This week in Year 2 we have been researching nocturnal animals. We found out that there are 280 suckers on each octopus leg. Octopuses have 8 legs. A raffle ticket will be awarded to any Year 2 who can work out how many suckers an octopus has in total!
This weeks house point challenge is from Miss Hignett! 1 house point will be awarded to any Hedgehog who can find an example of extreme weather in the UK (Such as Storm Doris). We will be sharing our examples in topic on Monday afternoon!
